(A) Rubbish such as worn-out furniture, refrigerators, stoves, discarded building materials generated by work done by the property owner or resident (not a contractor), and other bulky items will be picked up by the Sanitation Department on Mondays. These items may be placed along the curb, between 6:00 p.m. on Friday and 7:00 a.m. on Monday. Any property owner, in front of whose property rubbish of this nature is placed between 7:00 a.m, on Monday and 6:00 p.m. on Friday, is subject to a $50 fine for each day it is placed and remains along the curb.
(B) Owners of rental property are responsible for removing and disposing of any and all rubbish generated as a result of rehabilitating or cleaning out rental property between tenants. A property owner, in front of whose property rubbish placed is in violation of this chapter, will be fined $100 for each day the rubbish is placed and remains along the curb.
