§ 31.04  FORFEITURE OF OFFICE ON MOVING RESIDENCE FROM TOWN.
   If any member of the Board of Commissioners shall move his or her residence from the town, his  or her Office shall at once be declared vacant, and shall be filled as provided by § 31.05 below.
