6-3-7: ANIMALS DESTROYED:

The poundmaster shall destroy any animal which has been impounded and not redeemed or sold or has not been placed with some person who will provide suitable care for such animal within the time and manner specified in section 6-3-3 of this chapter. (Ord. 861, 10-11-1976)
