§ 133.05 AUTHORITY DURING FIRE.

The Fire Chief, or any member of the Fire Department, who is in command at a fire, shall have the authority to direct the removal of combustible material and the demolition of buildings and structures when, in his opinion, it is necessary to prevent the spread of the fire.
