§ 133.04 DUTIES OF THE DEPARTMENT.

   The Fire Department shall, under the supervision of the Fire Chief:

   (A)   Combat fires within the city limits;

   (B)   Inspect and abate fire hazards;

   (C)   Prevent the occurrence of fires; and

   (D)   Maintain records of fires and related matters.
