§ 355.07 APPLICABILITY AND TERM OF ISSUANCE.
   RDPS spaces are for the exclusive use of the person who has applied for, paid for, and received Traffic Commission approval for such a space. Permits for spaces will be allocated on every two years, at which time space will be removed if re-application and re-certification is not completed by the individual with the disability. The Department of Public Works will install the signs and establish RDPS consistent with specifications set forth in Ordinance 1025 enacted by the Common Council on June 7, 1993. Signage must display the placard number and/or the disabled plate number of the disabled person’s vehicle for their exclusive use. Applicants must immediately notify the Traffic Commission when spaces are no longer needed during the course of the year prior to any certification period established herein.
