Applicants for RDPS must complete a City of Weirton Traffic Commission RDPS application form. It must be accompanied by a copy of the “Physically Disabled State of West Virginia Registration Card” authorizing the disability placard or license plate disabled designation. A copy of a valid West Virginia operator’s license issued to the disability applicant, proof of ownership of vehicle appropriately licensed in the State of West Virginia and meeting all current vehicular certifications and requirements, and a copy of the certificate of insurance with current policy information must also be produced.
