The following situations will be excluded for RDPS consideration: group residential facilities, home occupied businesses, institutional not-for-profit businesses conducted within residential localities, medical offices, nursing home facilities, any shelter/mission, any school, nor in conjunction with any travel trailer which may be utilized as a permanent or temporary dwelling.
