§ 351.16 CONDITION OF PARKED VEHICLES.

No person shall park a vehicle upon a public street or right-of-way that is not in good working order or is not in a safe operating condition. Vehicles shall have a current state tag and valid inspection sticker in place. Notice of violations shall be placed upon the vehicle and penalties as outlined in § 301.04 shall apply.
