The Water Board shall consist of five persons, who are all customers of the Weirton water system, and all of whom shall be residents of the state of West Virginia of outstanding reputation, ability and integrity. All Boardmembers shall be appointed by the Council and may or may not be Councilmembers, officers or employees of the city.(Ord. 1317, passed 6-11-01)
