§ 129.02 ADDITIONAL OCCUPATIONS AND COMPENSATION FOR CITY ATTORNEY.

For any duties beyond those prescribed in § 129.03 of this code, the City Attorney shall receive such compensation as may be provided by Council. He may engage in other occupations, except that he may not act as attorney in any matter involving a claim against the city.
