§ 127.05 CLERKS.

The City Clerk shall act as the City Financial Director’s chief clerk. In addition, the City Financial Director may have such additional clerks as the City Manager may determine, who shall work under the City Financial Director’s supervision and be directly responsible to him. Such additional clerks shall be appointed by the City Manager, and shall receive such salaries as may be fixed in the appropriation for the Accounting and Treasury Department.
