§ 127.01 CITY FINANCIAL DIRECTOR; POWERS AND DUTIES.

The Accounting and Treasury Department of the city shall, subject to the provisions of Article VII, § 1(3a) of the Charter, be under the supervision and the direction of the City Financial Director, who shall also perform the duties and have the powers of City Auditor.
