There is hereby created a Building Enforcement Agency which shall consist of the Mayor, the municipal engineer, and a third member who shall serve at the will and pleasure of the Mayor. The Fire Chief and health officer shall serve as an ex-officio members, without voting powers, of the Building Enforcement Agency.
