Beginning on the southern corporate limits (Harmon Creek) at the point of intersection of said limits and the Brooke and Hancock County line, near the right of way of Monongahela Power Company tower lines #200 and 202; thence northeasterly along said county line to the intersection of the center lines of Cove Road and Harmon Creek Road; thence easterly and northward along Cove Road to the intersection of the center line of Greenbrier Road, thence northward along the center line of Greenbrier Road to the center line of South 24th Street; thence northeasterly along South 24th Street to the center line of Booker Street; thence northwesterly along the center line of Booker Street to the center line of South 22nd Street; thence northeasterly along South 22nd Street to the center line of Pennsylvania Avenue; thence westward along the center line of Pennsylvania Avenue to the intersection of the center line of the right of way of Monongahela Power Company tower lines #210, 216 and 226; thence southerly along said right of way to the 11th Street substation; thence southerly along the right of way of Monongahela Power Company tower lines #200 and 202 to the southern corporate limits; thence with said limits eastward to the county line, being the point and place of beginning.
