Beginning at a point being the southern corporate limits and the West Virginia and Pennsylvania state line; thence westward along said southern corporate limits (Harmon Creek) to the Brooke and Hancock County line; thence northeasterly along said county line to the intersection of the center lines of Cove Road and Harmon Creek Road; thence easterly and northward along Cove Road to the intersection of the center line of Greenbrier Road, thence northward along the center line of Greenbrier Road to the center line of South 24th Street; thence northeasterly along South 24th Street to the center line of Booker Street; thence northwesterly along the center line of Booker Street to the center line of South 22nd Street; thence northeasterly along South 22nd Street to the center line of Pennsylvania Avenue; thence eastward along the center line of Pennsylvania Avenue to the intersection of the center line of Warsaw Street; thence southward along the center line and the center line extended of Warsaw Street to a point on Alexanders Run (a stream), point being the westward extended center line of Oakland Avenue; thence southward and westerly along Alexanders Run (a stream) to the Hancock and Brooke County line; thence eastward along county line to the West Virginia and Pennsylvania state line; thence south along said state line to the point and place of beginning.
