(A) Permits issued for auto trailer camps by the Health Department shall expire one year from the date of issue. If the auto trailer camp is to be maintained for a period longer than one year, a renewal of the permit therefor shall be obtained from the Health Department.
(B) Such renewal shall be for a period not exceeding one year and shall be applied for not less than 15 days prior to the date of expiration of the permit.
