A plot plan, in duplicate, of the proposed auto trailer camp shall be filed by the applicant with his application drawn to a scale of not less than one-eighth of an inch per foot, showing the location and dimensions of all the units, roads, buildings, sewer connections, water connections, electric outlets, baths, toilets and other essential requirements of this article.
