§ 1101.03 INSPECTORS; ENFORCEMENT OF CODE; RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   Each inspector, examiner or other person appointed by the Health Officer shall act as a representative of the Health Officer and, under his direction, shall secure the enforcement of the provisions of the public health laws and regulations, and shall have the right of entry into any workshop, public school, factory, dairy, creamery, slaughterhouse, hotel or other place of business or employment or any common carrier or public utility, when in the discharge of his official duties.
