(A) The method of type of service for pickup shall be curbside pickup.
(B) Recyclable waste to be collected by the city or by independent contractor will be placed in containers consisting of:
(1) Recycling containers provided on a one-time basis by the city to all of its recyclable material customers in which all glass bottles, aluminum cans, and steel cans will be placed;
(2) Corrugated cardboard and newspapers will be bound and tied.
(C) A drop-off for refrigerators, freezers, stoves or other white appliances will be made available to all customers.
(D) A recyclable material container which does not comply with this section is unlawful and constitutes a nuisance. The city may pursue any legal remedy as provided by law or ordinance.
