§ 971.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Persons violating the intent of this article will be notified in writing by the Sanitation Superintendent of any violations and must comply with the instructions outlined in the letter within seven calendar days.
   (B)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this article, or fails or refuses to abide by and comply with rules or regulations promulgated to effectuate the provisions of this article, shall be fined $500, and for second or subsequent offenses shall be imprisoned for not less than ten days or more than 30 days in addition to the fine.
   (C)   Each succeeding day a violation exists shall constituent a new and separate offense.
