§ 947.10 NONLIABILITY OF THE CITY; RIGHT TO RESTRICT SERVICES.
   The city shall not be liable for any damage resulting from bursting or breakage of any sewer main, pipe, valve, equipment or part, or from discontinuance of the operation of any part of the sewer facilities, or from failure of any part thereof for any cause whatsoever. In case of emergency, the city shall have the right to restrict the use of any part of the sewer facilities in any reasonable manner for the protection of the city, the inhabitants thereof and the sewer facilities.
