§ 947.09 TAPS; TAMPERING WITH SEWER FACILITIES.

No person, other than duly authorized employees of the city or persons authorized in writing by the Sanitary Board, shall tap the sewer mains, nor connect with, turn on, tamper with, interconnect, alter or damage in any way part of the sewer facilities.
