§ 941.07 FEES.
   (A)   Purpose. It is the purpose of this section to provide for the recovery of costs from users of the city's wastewater disposal system for the implementation of the program established herein. The applicable charges or fees shall be set forth in the Sanitary Board's schedule of charges and fees.
   (B)   Charges and fees.
      (1)   The Sanitary Board may adopt charges and fees which may include:
         (a)   Fees for reimbursement of costs of setting up and operating the city's pretreatment program;
         (b)   Fees for monitoring, inspections and surveillance procedures;
         (c)   Fees for reviewing accidental discharge procedures and construction;
         (d)   Fees for building sewer permits and wastewater discharge permits as specified in §§ 941.05(B) and 941.08(B) respectively;
         (e)   Fees for filing appeals;
         (f)   Fees for consistent removal, by the city, of pollutants otherwise subject to Federal Pretreatment Standards;
         (g)   Other fee's as the Board may deem necessary to carry out the requirements contained herein.
      (2)   These fees relate solely to the matters covered by this article and are separate from all other fees chargeable by the City.
