§ 905.99 PENALTY.

Whoever fails to comply with the notices, requirements or provisions of this article shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $100 or, in the discretion of the court, imprisoned for a period of not more than 30 days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Such fine and imprisonment shall be in addition to any other penalties or assessments provided in this article.
