The annual license fee for a “professional bondsman”,
PROFESSIONAL BONDSMAN meaning a person who, for consideration, becomes surety or provides surety on any bail bond, recognizance bond, appeal bond or other court bond required to be filed in any court, shall be $100; provided, however, that nothing in the article shall be construed to apply to any firm or corporation doing business as a surety company and duly licensed under laws of the state.
