(A) Notice to Appear in City Court to address the charge will be issued immediately by a member of the Inspections Department to any user, resident, property owner or agent of said user, resident and/or property owner of the property.
(B) Once a Notice to Appear in City Court is issued it will be valid for the entire year it was issued. In other words, once the violation is corrected and then it happens again within the same calendar year it will be considered as multiple violations and will be handled as such.
