§ 549.06 POURING OILY SUBSTANCES ON PUBLIC PLACES.

No person shall pour, spill or permit to drip upon any sidewalk, pavement or other public place in the city, any kerosene, gasoline, benzine or similar oil or oily substance or liquid.
