§ 549.04 SOLICITATION OF PATRONAGE.
   No person in any street or upon any sidewalk shall engage in obstructing passage along or upon the same by catching hold of or soliciting any person or in any way interfering with his free passage along any of the streets, highways, sidewalks or footways for the purpose of inducing or compelling him to buy any article or thing which such solicitor may have for sale, whether in possession or from any store or stand, or for the purpose of inducing or compelling him to patronize any hotel, inn, boardinghouse or place of entertainment or amusement.
