§ 549.02 PLAYING MUSICAL INSTRUMENT IN STREETS.
   No person shall play any musical instrument upon any public street, sidewalk, open space or reservation for gain, unless in a duly authorized parade or procession, or carry about the streets any hand organ, fiddle or other musical instrument for the purpose of playing music on any street or public thoroughfare for gain.
