§ 513.06 REPORT OF SALES.

Any person engaged in the sale of explosives, powder, bombs, detonators and blasting powder, liquid or mixture, shall report to the Fire Chief, within eight hours after the sale to any person, the name and address of the purchaser and the type and quantity of explosives sold.
