§ 509.09 URINATION IN PUBLIC.

(A) No person shall urinate, or attempt to do so, in any public place within the city, or in any private place if it is reasonable to believe that members of the general public could view such conduct.

(B) Anyone who violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500, or jailed for a period not to exceed ten days, or both.
