§ 509.01 DISORDERLY CONDUCT.
   No person shall engage in any disorderly, or noisy or boisterous conduct or use loud or abusive or profane language or gestures in any street, highway, public park or enclosure, public building, church or assembly room or in any other public or private place or premises within the city as follows:
   (A)   If any such conduct or language or gestures occur under circumstances reasonably calculated to provoke a breach of the peace;
   (B)   If any such conduct or language or gestures provoke a breach of the peace;
   (C)   If any such conduct or language or gestures occur under circumstances reasonably calculated to obstruct, impede or interfere with the lawful and reasonable use of any street, highway, public park or enclosure, public building, church or assembly room or any other public or private place or premises within the city; or
   (D)   If any such conduct or language obstructs, impedes or interferes with the lawful and reasonable use of any street, highway, public park or enclosure, public building, church or assembly room or any other public or private place or premises within the city.
