§ 501.04 REPORTING PERSONS GIVEN EMERGENCY TREATMENT.
   It shall be the duty of every physician practicing in the city to make or cause to be made a report to the Police Department of any person given emergency treatment in the city for any personal injuries sustained by such person by being shot, stabbed, cut, injured in an automobile accident or in any other manner wounded or injured, giving the name of such injured person and his address and the place where such treatment is being given. Such report shall be given immediately after such treatment is rendered by any physician practicing in the city.
