§ 353.06 FIXED FINE FOR OVERTIME PARKING.
   Any person upon whose automobile or other vehicle is placed a violation notice or tag, charging such person with an overtime parking violation, may appear before the Police Court Clerk and, in that event if such person so desires, may plead guilty to the charge and pay a fixed fine in the amount of $20 for the offense of overtime parking. If the fine(s) is not paid within 30 days of violation, a warrant shall be issued subjecting the violator to the provisions of § 353.99.
