§ 353.04 METHOD OF PARKING; UNLAWFUL PARKING.
   (A)   When any vehicle is parked in a courtesy parking stall, the owner or operator of such motor vehicle shall park within the area designated at the curb and/or street marking lines, as indicated for parallel or diagonal parking. No person shall fail to park within such designated area.
   (B)   Such parking space may then be used by such vehicle during the legal parking limit and such vehicle shall be considered unlawfully parked if it remains beyond the legal parking limit. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle registered in his name to be unlawfully parked as set forth in this section.
