No vehicle shall be parked in any courtesy parking stall for a period longer than two hours at any one time. Courtesy parking shall be available from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during each weekday and Saturdays. Parking time restrictions shall not be operative or effective on Sundays or on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
