The following described streets in the city are hereby designated and established as courtesy parking zones: on Main Street from the intersection of Cove Road, north to the intersection of Virginia Avenue; on West Street from the intersection of Purdy Lane, north to the intersection of Virginia Avenue; on Lee Avenue, from the west terminus of the Lee Avenue Bridge, west to the intersection of West Street; on Ferguson Avenue, from the intersection of Tin Mill Alley, west to the intersection of West Street; on Virginia Avenue, from the intersection of Main Street, west to the intersection of West Street; and any additional streets and areas as designated by order of Council.
