§ 351.07 PRIVATE NO PARKING ZONES.
Owners or occupants of any wholesale or retail mercantile establishment in a building used primarily for business purposes, may make application to the Traffic Commission for a “no parking” space in front of the business building. The same privilege shall be extended to doctors, with respect to their homes and offices, and to industrial firms in front of industrial plants and offices. The Traffic Commission may, upon show of sufficient cause, establish a no parking zone of not less than 18 feet in front of such business places, and shall erect or cause to be erected no parking signs clearly indicating such space. The Traffic Commission shall make suitable arrangements to provide adequate parking for all funeral processions and temporary signs therefor. The signs shall be uniform with all other no parking signs erected throughout the city.
