(A) Valid West Virginia driver’s license.
(B) Each car has to have a current West Virginia registration and license.
(C) Each vehicle has to have valid insurance.
(D) Each vehicle has to be registered to the address for which the permit is being bought.
(E) Only one visitor permit per address (not per car).
(F) If in the process of moving, the resident must have a utility bill showing a Weirton address.
