(A) Two primary permits (one per vehicle not to exceed two vehicles).
(B) One visitor permit (not to be used for commercial vehicles). For purposes of this article, COMMERCIAL VEHICLES are defined as a vehicle which is used or maintained for the transportation of person(s) for hire, compensation, or profit, or designed, used, or maintained primarily for the transportation of property (for example trucks or pickups). A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE is described as one that is intended to earn income.
