§ 560.03 INVESTIGATION.

Upon receipt of information indicating the likelihood of a violation of any provision of the Ordinances of the City of Weirton regarding external sanitation, weeds or common nuisance, the enforcement official shall investigate the facts and may, to the extent permitted by law, make an inspection of the premises.
