(A) The definition of "outstanding accomplishment" and the criteria for Committee members to use in the selection of Honorees should be established during the initial meeting of the Committee
(B) It is the strong belief of the Study Committee that the integrity of the selection process, future Committee members focus their decisions for selection on the "outstanding accomplishment" aspect of the nominees. Clearly, there will be years when only one or two nominees are made in a category and this should not necessarily mean they are automatically selected to the Hall.
