§ 303.05 STUDIES AND RECOMMENDATIONS; ADDITIONAL DUTIES.

The Traffic Commission shall study traffic problems of the city and shall make such recommendations and reports to Council as may be necessary. The Traffic Commission shall also discharge such duties as are authorized or directed by this article.
