§ 301.05 ARREST WARRANT; SETTING BOND.

Either the Chief of Police, the Captain of Police or the Lieutenant of Police who issues an arrest warrant for the municipal offense of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or narcotic drugs shall also perform the duties of magistrate, including the setting of bond, within the meaning of W. V. Code § 17C-19-3.
