(A) Any person summoned to serve on a jury panel of the Weirton Municipal Court shall be paid a juror fee of $10 per day and $0.20 per mile for transportation to and from the juror's residence to the Weirton Municipal Building.
(B) All fees and transportation costs paid to any person selected to serve on a jury shall be charged to the defendant, if found guilty, as a court cost.
