(A) The Police Court Clerk shall tax, in cases of conviction for violation of any city ordinance of any person arrested, court costs in the amount of $6 for each case.
(B) The Police Court Clerk shall tax, in cases of conviction for violation of any city ordinance of any person arrested, in addition to other fines, costs and fees assessed as a result of convictions, a docket fee in the sum of $4 as part of the costs for each person so convicted.
