§ 171.03 AUTHORITY OF POLICE JUDGE.

The Police Judge may commit persons charged with a felony or misdemeanor to jail or take bond for their appearance before the grand jury of the Circuit Court of Hancock County or Brooke County, depending on which court has jurisdiction of the offense charged.
