§ 155.08 PLANS AND PLATS.
   Council shall take no action authorizing or approving the construction or alteration of any street, park, playground or other public area or any public building or improvement, without first submitting the plans therefor to the Planning Commission for its investigation and report. All plans, plats and replats of land laid out in building lots, and the streets to be dedicated to public use, shall be submitted to the Commission for consideration, and no such plan, plat or replat shall be filed in the office of the Clerk of the County Courts of Brooke or Hancock Counties, unless it bears the endorsement that it has been submitted to the Planning Commission, has been submitted by it to the Mayor and Council and has been approved by the Mayor and Council.
