§ 512.05 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   EXISTING BOILER. A unit that was installed prior to the effective date of this article.

   OUTSIDE BOILER UNIT. Boiler unit that uses wood, coal, and/or coke as fuel and is located outside the dwelling unit or structure that provides heat and/or hot water to the dwelling unit or structure.
